How should I do the videos?
Videos should be short– 2 minutes or less. This might require some introspection. What issue are you addressing? Try and get good audio/video quality; we recommend using a Zoom recorder, a USB microphone like the Blue Yeti, or an iPhone microphone unit like the Shure MV88. Any video format that can be uploaded to YouTube or Facebook will work.
Do I have to participate all 6 months?
No. Participate for as long as you like (although, we will prioritize those who commit to longer periods, in an effort to keep 10 active participants).
How do I pay?

Is there a discount if I sign up for more?
Nope, sorry. We want participants to understand that our nominal cost is intended to keep them active and invested. We don’t think two meals out is too much for people who want to get better.
When will Dave review videos?
Dave will respond to all videos once every two weeks, usually in one video. An effort will be made to provide time-stamps to their specific responses, but it is always helpful to hear his advice to others as well (you never know if/when you will have the same problems!).
When and how will the live classes be held?
Classes will be held once per month via Zoom, recorded, and hosted for the duration of the program. Only active participants can attend the live meetings.
How do I submit videos?
Videos should be submitted via the Facebook group, or via link to an unlisted YouTube video if the participant prefers. Videos should reflect real playing (so participants can improve), but the better the audio/video quality, the more precise the feedback can be.
Do I have to use Facebook?
Yes, on purpose. With all of the controversy surrounding social media, all the political posts, etc, we want to demonstrate that there is a positive use for social media– it can connect people and help them make new friends.
If I am unhappy with the service, can I get a refund?
We have specifically designed this program to be extremely inexpensive and very low risk. If you are unhappy, please reach out.
I didn’t use all my video submissions this month or I signed up late in the month, can I get a partial refund?
Pro-rated prices are not available for late joiners or for unused months, so please plan accordingly. Only pay for the months you plan on participating.
